Instructions
Rinse, drain and dry brussel sprout and trim the end, then cut in half
Mix all seasonings well except salt
Airfryer Method
Preheat airfryer to 400F for 10 minutes
Mix brussel sprout with seasoning except salt
Airfry brussel sprout on rack for 8-10 minutes
Flip and airfry for 6-8 minutes or until it is crispy and golden
Salt if needed
Oven Method
Preheat oven to 450F for 10 minutes
Toss brussel sprout with sesame oil and bake on a pan with baking paper for 20 minutes
Flip the brussel sprout and bake for another 10 minutes or until it is crispy and golden
In the mean time, reduce the seasoning except salt over the stove until it is thicken, probably 3-5 minutes
Preheat oven to 450F for 10 minutes Toss the brussel sprout with the reduced seasoning and salt to taste
