Crispy Miso Brussel Sprouts Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Brussel Sprouts
  • 3/4 T Miso
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 T Mirin
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 t Minced Garlic
  • 1-2 T Sesame Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse, drain and dry brussel sprout and trim the end, then cut in half
  • Mix all seasonings well except salt

Airfryer Method

  • Preheat airfryer to 400F for 10 minutes
  • Mix brussel sprout with seasoning except salt
  • Airfry brussel sprout on rack for 8-10 minutes
  • Flip and airfry for 6-8 minutes or until it is crispy and golden
  • Salt if needed

Oven Method

  • Preheat oven to 450F for 10 minutes
  • Toss brussel sprout with sesame oil and bake on a pan with baking paper for 20 minutes
  • Flip the brussel sprout and bake for another 10 minutes or until it is crispy and golden
  • In the mean time, reduce the seasoning except salt over the stove until it is thicken, probably 3-5 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 450F for 10 minutes Toss the brussel sprout with the reduced seasoning and salt to taste
